Amber - Brown Ale, British Pale Ale

Deep amber. Aromas with malty and herbaceous notes, vanilla with candied fruit. Smooth taste that echoes the olfactory notes. For fermentation, a patented system called the "Firestone Union oak-barrel brewing system" is used, which involves the use of American oak barrels. DBA quickly conquered California's Central Coast and today is considered a Californian classic and represents a tribute to traditional English "cask-fermented" ales. The combination of malts creates a harmonious taste sensation with nuances of caramel, English toffee, and toasted oak.
