Golden blonde, with a generous, dense head. Delirium Sour is a Delirium Tremens aged in oak barrels for 18 months. It has a refreshing acidity, but with the characteristic fruity and malty notes of a Belgian Tripel. The warmth of the alcohol and the full-bodied sweetness contrast with the acidity from the spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, creating a bittersweet aftertaste reminiscent of chocolate.
