Red ale matured in French oak barrels, with a final period in port barrels. The nose is elegant and layered: cinnamon, raisins, caramel, tart cherry and peach, with vanilla, white pepper, and an earthy cellar note. In the mouth, malt takes center stage, bringing roastiness and roundness; red fruits and peach intertwine with sweet spices and oak, before a distinct acidity and tannic dryness close the sip in a long and refreshing manner.
