Black, with mocha-colored foam. A variation of Parabola aged in red wine barrels from Napa Valley. The nose reveals dark chocolate, roasted coffee, vanilla, and caramel, accompanied by notes of wood, bourbon, and dark fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety: roasted malts, cocoa, molasses, and licorice dominate, with a warm, long, and slightly woody finish.
