Wild Saison fermented with wild yeasts and aged in oak barrels with peaches, developing an elegant aromatic profile where ripe fruit, delicate acidity, and woody notes intertwine. In the glass, it appears golden with amber reflections. The nose is dominated by ripe peach, floral notes, and light funky undertones of Brettanomyces. On the palate, it is balanced: the sweetness of the fruit is supported by a fresh acidity and hints of oak, with a dry and persistent finish.
