Braufactum Yakeros is, to all intents and purposes, a West-Coast IPA with a German twist. Bright amber appearance, persistent white head. Pleasant fragrance of sweet orange and mandarin, followed by resinous notes and a marked bitterness. Taste characterized by notes of freshly cut wood, followed by dry bitter and tropical fruit notes.
