Blonde. Refermented in the bottle. Complex, animalic aromas with notes of leather. Elegant iron and woody notes. Fresh-sour taste with citrus hints of pink grapefruit, bergamot, vanilla, pineapple and muscat grape. One of the purest and most refined examples of spontaneous fermentation lambic beer. To limit its bitterness, the Boon brewery produces lambic only in the colder months, between October and April. It is made from 40% unmalted wheat and 60% barley malt, aged hops, and wild yeasts collected in our open vats, aged for at least three years in oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and with no added sugars, Geuze Mariage Parfait can be stored for up to 20 years.
