Rosy and veiled. 400 grams per liter of wild cherries ferment together with a strong, spontaneously fermented lambic, aged for 5 or 6 months in large 62 hectoliter oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and without added sugars. Aroma of leather, oak, and bitter almond. Taste with hints of red fruits, cherries, currants, cranberries, and vanilla.
