Black, with a hazelnut-colored head. Brewed with Chilean Puya peppers, cocoa, and cinnamon to capture the essence of the traditional Mexican dish "MOLE". The nose reveals notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, cinnamon, and subtle hints of bourbon and vanilla, accompanied by nuances of spices and chili. On the palate, it is smooth, with flavors of cocoa, roasted malts, and lactose sweetness, followed by a delicate chili spiciness and a warm finish with hints of wood, spices, and bourbon.
