Gueuze, Old Gueuze

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of their brewery, in 2015 Frank and Jos Boon created a special, limited edition of the historic Oude Geuze. Produced with a selection of Lambics fermented in old oak barrels (foeders), it is characterised by a very high degree of fermentation (almost 100%), which makes it particularly dry, but with a full body. Amber yellow with a fine and compact head. Aroma with hints of leather, wood, and iron. Taste rich in fruity notes with hints of pink grapefruit and lemon.
