To celebrate the 40th anniversary of their brewery in 2015, Frank and Jos Boon created a special, limited edition of the historic Oude Geuze. Brewed with a selection of Lambics fermented in ancient oak barrels (foeders), it is characterized by a very high degree of fermentation (almost 100%), which makes it particularly dry, yet full-bodied. Amber yellow with a fine and compact head. Aroma with hints of leather, wood, and iron. Taste rich in fruity notes and hints of pink grapefruit and lemon.
