Composed of aged and young lambic matured in oak barrels. To the 1-year-old lambic, 400 grams per liter of wild cherries are added. The beer is then refermented. It then undergoes refermentation in the bottle and matures for 2 years. Rosy and hazy color with a fine, rosy head. Fruity aroma with notes of cherries and also wood. Deep taste reminiscent of wines like Port and Madeira, with a persistent and tart aftertaste.
