Crafted in the style of the best Wallonian Saisons, it stands out with a unique softness on the palate, derived from the addition of spelt, wheat malt, and oats, and from the particular aromatic bouquet given exclusively by Mandarina Bavaria and Styrian Golding hops during boiling, and Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial, and Saaz for dry-hopping.
