Barleywine aged in bourbon barrels with an evolved and complex profile. Produced with a rich malt base and long-matured in wood, it expresses notes of dark caramel, molasses, dried fruit, and wood, with nuances of sherry, vanilla, and sweet spices. In the glass, it presents an intense amber color with mahogany reflections. The nose reveals fruit in spirits, caramel, and oxidative notes, accompanied by accents of bourbon and wood. On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping: toffee, dried fruit, and liquorish hints blend into a warm, smooth, and persistent finish, with elegant notes of wood and spices.
