American Wild Ale, Wild Ale Fermented with Grapes

Made with Graciano grapes from Area 51 Vineyard. The grapes, subjected to carbonic maceration to preserve their varietal aromas, are blended with a wild ale, then aged for 7 months in French oak barrels. The nose opens sweet and musky, with candied notes, wild yeast, vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of toasted oak. Floral and delicate taste, with hints of candy and honeysuckle; the malty profile balances a present but never aggressive acidity. White fruits progressively give way to oak, hazelnut and leather, with a slightly tannic and persistent finish.
