Monoblend made with Lambic matured for two years in Foeder n°109, a barrel over a hundred years old that was previously used for storing cognac, a characteristic that profoundly influenced its aromatic profile. Golden in color, it stands out for its elegant and balanced profile: aromas reveal notes of oak, vanilla, and subtle hints of cognac, accompanied by dried fruit undertones and rustic, funky notes typical of lambic. On the palate, it is tart, with woody notes and a subtle vinous impression.
