Matured for four and a half years in foeder no. 31, it has allowed for the creation of a unique and elegant monoblend. VAT 31 is a delicate and full-bodied Oude Geuze, characterized by a fine carbonation and a pleasant cognac-like nose. The flowing and mellow yet strong aroma with hints of apricots and walnuts is supported by a clear oak character.
