As tradition dictates, master brewers used to taste beers directly from maturation tanks in the cellars (Keller) to check their quality. Today, this "pleasure" is accessible to everyone with our Kellerbier. Following the custom of old master brewers, the beer is kegged without filtration, thus retaining a light yeast aroma and a full, intense taste.
